Most purchases may be returned within 21 days from the date of sale for a refund of the full product purchase price. The item must be unused, in resalable condition and in its original packaging. We suggest that when you receive your purchase, you try it on inside your house to see if it fits properly. If it is not the correct fit, place it back in its original packaging and return it for size exchange.
We can't accept returns of certain items, including:
* Any Item returned beyond 21 days after Date of Sale
* Any Item that is damaged or missing parts
* Any Item that has been used in any way, shape or form
* Any Item that is dirty or soiled
* Any Item missing appropriate instructions
* Any Item noted on our Web site and/or labeled on the package as non-returnable due to health and sanitary reasons: Plantar FXT, Compression Stockings, Silipos products, and other products noted as non-returnable on our Web site.
The final determination of whether a product is in unused or resalable condition is at the sole discretion of Mobile Always. Items determined to be non-returnable shall be returned to the customer at their expense.
Send Return or Exchange to: Mobile Always, 2261 W Cass City Rd, Unionville, MI 48767. Be sure to include a copy of the original invoice. For exchanges, please include instructions noting which new size you would like sent to you in exchange.
